For every client, we will come to your winery, meet the winemaker and staff and learn everything you have to tell us about each wine. We bring this real-world experience back to our work, and integrate it into our calls to educate your customers and ultimately build incremental sales that will rapidly evolve into its own core business unit.
Each new Call for Wine employee goes through an extensive training program, including winery training, industry trending updates, call monitoring and additional sales skills coaching. And now, starting in 2010, Call for Wine employees will begin certification as Level I Inside Sales Professionals at the WISE (Wine Industry Sales Education) Academy in Napa.
Not just an outstanding sales channel, we will take any issue a customer may bring up straight to you so you can provide prompt, proper service to your loyal followers. We update billing and shipping addresses as we talk with your customers, and often reactivate former wine club members and obtain new members to build your club. Our sales representatives can update customer information for your wine club shipments, to include shipping addresses and new credit card data for any that have expired. We provide information on winery events, assist with scheduling tours and visits and point customers to you live and in-person whenever possible.
