At Call For Wine we provide contract customer service follow up and phone sales, helping wineries connect directly with their existing and new retail customers, as well as business customers.

 

DIRECT TO CONSUMER

At Call For Wine, our approach is to contact consumers in the most friendly, professional manner. We help you develop new, consistent strategies selling direct to the consumers.

Each campaign is customized for the winery after a consultation

  • All campaigns are started with a 10 hour or 1000 lead test
  • Winery chooses which wines to sell or promote

Always friendly and courteous. We will treat your customers as friendly as if they are our grandparents.

  • Consumers are only contacted 2 times a year to prevent over-calling or “list burnout”
  • Wine consultants that are knowledgeable about YOUR wine.
  • Our calling approach is soft, with no pressure.
  • We pass any issues or concerns the customer has to you immediately so you can follow up with that customer and make them happy again.
  • If a customer asks us not to call in the future we happily oblige, and take their name off the calling list immediately. The last thing we want is to offend any customer.

  • Can save the winery money when mailing either brochures or wine club shipments
  • Help you to remove “expired” customers that can no longer drink or have passed away
