All Call for Wine employees know the correct procedures for compliance with Do Not Call laws. We provide training to all of our outbound calling staff to ensure that we fulfill the federal requirement for DNC training.

• Current on DNC regulations
We keep up-to-date on laws and regulations through consistent access of regulatory information.

The National Do Not Call Registry has removed a significant portion of the calling public from calling campaigns for the direct marketing industry. The FTC and the FCC eliminated nearly all meaningful exemptions to the National Do Not Call Registry except one — the Established Business Relationship (EBR) exemption. The federal government allows direct marketers to call consumers for up to 18 months following the last transaction, and 3 months from last inquiry. State laws regarding this exemption vary from as little as no exemption to up to 18 months. Correctly utilizing this exemption allows Call for Wine to safely call customers and prospects, and helps you maintain telemarketing as a viable and profitable means of selling products or services.
