Experienced Telesales Professionals/Full Time and Part Time

 Oakland, CA

EXPERIENCED TELESALES PROFESSIONALS / FULL TIME AND PART TIME

Responsibilities

  • Establish long-term customer relationships -- build upon customer experience, engagement and enthusiasm.
  • Interact with existing customers primarily by phone.
  • Increase demand and interest for an organization's products and/or services.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Keep up-to-date on market, client offering and applying new knowledge to your job.
  • Use professional telephone communication techniques.
  • Make phone calls promoting and selling company products or services.
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish personal/team goals and corporate objectives.
  • Familiar with standard sales concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Provide a basic level of customer support, refer more complex problems to other staff.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Works well with telesales team members, and a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years inside sales/outbound telemarketing experience - cold calling experience a plus!
  • Successful experience in customer service/sales and dealing with the public and strong sales and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent record keeping, strong computer skills, CRM, customer database experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

There is NO COLD CALLING, as these are current customers or warm leads/prospects from a well managed client database. We are looking for full time and part time inside sales professionals and seasoned telemarketers to follow up with existing customers. If you have ever sold anything over the phone -- we want to talk with you.
